I ran 11.5 miles today, a new record for me, but at a price. It started raining and by the time I got home, I had frostbite and hypothermia. Tammy made me a nice bowl of soup, and I am all thawed out now.

Wow, you're really going crazy on the running! I hope you are having a blast, even though it's freezing. :)
I saw a woman running in the snow and wind the other day dressed for warmer weather. The snow had just begun, and I hoped she was nearly home. Otherwise, she was going to be in a world of hurt! Brrrrrrrrrrrr! For Pete's sake read the weather report before setting out!!!!
